Just roasted some veggies and thought I’d share. On the green beans I sprayed some Pam, sprinkled salt, pepper, and Trader Joe’s Aglio Olio. On the broccoli, I sprayed Pam, sprinkled pepper, a little salt, and some soy sauce all over (I have to eat extra sodium due to really low blood pressure…doctor’s orders…you may want to skip the salt). I put them in the oven at the same time on 350 degrees until they looked done.

You could take them out earlier than I did, but I like them a little well-done. These are great to add bulk to your meals without a lot of calories. If you make them, let me know what you think! And if you would season these differently, I’d love your ideas so I can try it your way.
