Crowd favorite, sub favorite, can't go wrong with JJ Prum.
Wasn't able to take the kind of notes I normally take, but I can say that this bottle was, unsurprisingly, still a little too young if not still delicious.
Lots of green apple, pear, lemon/lime, passion fruit, grapefruit and slate, with quite a gripping acidity.
Had to make due with my available options for today's festivities. I endeavour to do better, not least of which because today is also my birthday and next year I hit 40.

20 years too soon…sorry, just jealous. But seriously, too soon.
It’s nice to see an early check in on a wine like this! Even if it’s too young, it’s good to know what you’re dealing with.
