

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
-400 g steamed carrots, blended (add a little water to thin the texture)
-2 scoops Gold Standard Chocolate Peanut Butter whey protein
-A small amount of crushed Oreo (optional)
Instructions:
Steam the carrots until soft.
Blend the carrots with a small amount of water until smooth and slightly thin.
Add 2 scoops of chocolate peanut butter whey protein and mix well.
Microwave the mixture for 3–5 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.
Top with a small amount of crushed Oreo if desired.
