Ingredients
12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cook the pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli to the water during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
Cook the shrimp
In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same pan add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Add cheese and seasoning
Stir in parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Combine everything
Add pasta, broccoli, and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss until everything is coated in the Alfredo sauce.
Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
