Made these for my D&D session this past weekend, really happy with how they came out!
For the green:
105g Starter
300g water at 105°
500g flour
10g salt
A few drops of green food coloring
For the red:
105g Starter
300g water at 105°
500g flour
10g salt
60g hot honey
6g red pepper flakes
A few drops of red food coloring
I add in a mix of Asiago and Parmesan cheese right before the 2nd stretch and folds, I honestly eyeball how much I put in. I don’t think I’ve ever measured!
For the scale pattern, i snip along the expansion score just before putting the loaves in the oven!
