ingredients:
• 2 earl grey tea bags
• 1/3 cup milk (guys. this TJ’s lactose free 2% milk froths up luxuriously)
• 4-5 drops of monkfruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
• dash of cinnamon
• dash of cardamom
macros: 43 cals, 3g protein, 5g carbs, 2g fat

how to prepare:
steep the tea bags in 8oz of hot water
stir in the monkfruit drops
steam/froth the milk, then add it to your tea
add dash of cinnamon and cardamom and mix everything together!
