🧈 125 g butter
🫒 60 ml vegetable oil
🥚 1 egg
🍬 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
🌾 2 tablespoons semolina
🍦 1 packet vanilla sugar
🥄 5 g baking powder
🌰 100 g walnuts
🌾 About 250 g flour (add gradually)

⚠️ The quality of flour can vary, so add it slowly and knead until you get a dough that does not stick to your hands.

🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the top turns golden.

🍯 For the syrup:
🍬 2.5 cups sugar
💧 2.5 cups water
🍋 1 slice lemon

🥄 Bring the syrup to a boil, then let it boil for another 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
