My last “exec chef” thawing fish(took this when I was a server)- yes there’s also a piece of raw bacon and the sink is stopped up so it’s just raw fish and bacon swimming in dirty sink water💁🏻♀️

This marinated Korean bulgogi beef came out of the Cambro and remained in cube form. (It’s green because the marinade has a metric ton of green onion)

I didn’t get a picture but recently I had a newbie making crema, I said I got do blah blah but just squeeze the limes and then mix it into the sour cream and put it in the bottles. Five mins later they came and said we can’t it into the bottles….the limes are too big. These fools put the whole ass lime in the damn sour cream.

Came in to work a breakfast catering and realized the bacon that was supposed to be slacked out the night before wasn’t anywhere to be found. So I went to grab some sheet trays to get it started and there it was. It got slacked out over eight trays but instead of being put into the fridge it was dropped right back onto the stack we keep above the warmer. Had to make the shame sign.

Hot water defrosted chicken! This was a regular thing. I tried to stop it and everyone got really aggressive. I was scared sneakily taking this photo to send to the health inspectors.
