Manti Is NOT What I Thought #tastingourway

I thought this was a potato dumpling at first… I was wrong.

This is Manti, a traditional Turkish pasta filled with meat and served with yogurt and seasoned broth. Once it cooled down, I could tell it was pasta, and the flavors really started to come together.
