Last week I made a tasting with some of the best references in Burgundy. Even if there was a DRC in a nice vintage, the best for me was the Echezeaux from Mugneret Gibourg. It was rich, with a very nice long and very balanced mouth.

Must have been a special occasion. What’s rare experience. Hope you with others that appreciated them and the rarity of the opportunity
