
Ive been trying out new wings for when i can break the bbq out in summer. These are rum and pineapple, and altho they are a little overdone, were absolutely delicious. Almost burned the house down though when i flambayed the rum
I made a Jamaican green seasoning and marinated in that and some jerk seasoning. Made the sauce with pineapple, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and wray and nephews.
Dont even look at the chips
