This grower champagne is first and foremost an acid bomb, which maybe you might expect from a BdB. Pale gold in the glass, with fine bubbles and a pungent green apple Jolly Rancher aroma, especially as it came up in temperature in the glass.

Super fresh on the palate; sour candy, citrus peel, sharp. Not the longest finish ever, but something definitely there. This wine cut through the deep fried cheesy seafood flavor of these crab rangoons perfectly, would pair again.

  2. Love this producer. This bottle & the Rose de Muener are excellent.

Can really recommend their Nature de Craie

LOVE Laherte. Them and larmandier bernier are my two favorite producers.

The Laherte blanc de noirs might be my favorite by them. Just really great champagne, and hard to beat the price.

Just picked up the BdN by Laherte while visiting Reims! Brut Nature has been my jam lately and for the price I figured I’d give it a go!
