Are espagueti with meatballs really that good? with kind of the same ingredients I think of making a ragú alla bolognese and that way every bite has meat. Maybe I just need to try them to understand.

love that you pan fry them first. I can’t eat meatballs any other way! When ONLY baked or simmered in sauce, they’re so mushy and the texture puts me off. I like frying them just long enough for them to get good and maillarded on all sides and then finish them in the sauce 😋
