I still have some room to perfect macarons, but this is the first time I've gotten the shells to come out generally right! The last time I tried, probably 4+ years ago, they were so much work and the batter came out really liquidy and the resulting shells were very flat.
This time around, I messed up the batter once (could tell it was the same time as before), did some research and realized I probably overmixed it, and then remade it and it was much more pineapple.
I think if I were to do these again, I'd probably invest in one of those specific macaron silicone mats with the measured circles since I had some issues keeping the size consistent when piping the batter.
At any rate, I consider this a success!

Wow! I would love to have a taste of macaroon with that flavor. How did you do it? I mean with that texture, it looks like its firm and stay in place. Mine is always watery. Would you mind sharing some tips
Stunning! Great job, you! 💛
I love love looove the color. So rare to see macarons in neutral color hehe. I was used to seeing them in pastel
