I’m not sure what to call this.


It's a piece of what my family simply calls egg bread. It's essentially French toast without the cinnamon and vanilla. So just egg and milk, whisked, bread dipped and fried in a shit ton of butter.

So you have that, then a fried piece of bologna, then poached eggs 😁

    I’d add some dark soy sauce to it and then call it a good breakfast.
