Found this dish at a ramen place in Macao. Under the salmon roe are chunks of tuna and avocado. Tasted good!

    Looks fantastic! I’ve tried as many types as I’ve been able to, but roe just isn’t my thing…at all…

    Edit: Relevant; Worked as an americanised sushi chef for a few years.
