I made mini pound cakes inspired by Seoul cafés! London fog, lemon poppy and marble
I was inspired by all the cafes I visited in Seoul last year where a constant on the menu was mini pound cakes, so ofc I had to recreate them for Eid 🤍 The london fog, specifically, was a MAJOOR hit 😮💨
– marble was a last-minute decision to tweak the lemon poppy recipe above ^ omitting the lemon and poppy and almond extract, halving the batter and adding 3tbsp of cocoa powder dissolved in boiling water to one half!

LOVE THIS! What baking tray do you use specifically? I’d love to create some of these in the future 🙂

Have you ever tried yuzu? It’s an Asian citrus and it’s delicious. Whenever I see lemon things, I want to modify them to yuzu.
