

Ive been going through this chia seed porridge phase, must be my ancestors trying to tell me something lol.
Ive been adding:
-Greek Yogurt
-Avocado
-nuts
-feta cheese
For a more savory meal/ snacky type vibe
Can also do the Greek Yogurt with berries and or other fruit + cereal and granola for a sweet treat type thing. So versatile and highly beneficial for extremely low cal 😋
The actual chia seed recipe is 1:4 ratio of chia seeds to water, mixed well, kept in fridge overnight or around 5+ hours
