I can’t stop baking. There is something wrong with me.

Pictured, from left to right, are the following recipes:

Note: both recipes followed precisely with one exception. I used medium rye flour instead of dark rye in the pumpernickel loaves! Turned out more like a good rye instead of pumpernickel, so I guess it’s an important distinction!

    You could maybe consider doing, or partnering with, a market stall specialising in artisan breads (popular at farmers markets) or finding a small independent cafe that might buy sourdough loaves from you.
