So after making breads for the last 11/2 year seriously learning how to make really good breads. I can’t eat any bread from a supermarket especially packaged

I started seriously looking at the ingredients and I think I added many more years to my life

Learned about flour, yeast, water and salt

It made a change in my life.

The only caveat is a couple of Artisan bakeries I know very well. There bread I can still eat

Today’s bread

  1. The only downside is that i have to bake 2 at a time not one, as half of the first disappears almost instantly when it comes out of the oven! And I have to buy more butter!!

That’s why I started baking bread. Supermarket bread isn’t really bread

Thats the curse/blessing of being a home baker. You can no longer stop.
