We have been dying to try Backyard Boil and their Viet Cajun style crawfish. They are absolutely crushing it with mix of citrus, garlic, onions, and special seasonings.

    Agreed, and even with all of the spicy garlicky citrusy flavor in the boil, spring for the extra dipping sauce. It comes with, but the more the merrier.

  7. Just had them for the first time yesterday – SLAPS like no other. Seriously.

    He’s got a shorter season this year, only through May so get in while you can. They’re putting out like 600-1000lbs of craws a weekend.

    The family is absolutely lovely as well 💜
