macros: ~320 cals | 40g protein | 20g carbs | 8g fat

super simple tbh. just 120g baked chicken breast and 100g tomatoes with balsamic. for the puree i just blended 150g baked pumpkin with a bit of cream cheese. no oil needed and it makes so much volume 🥗
