    That shape is making me angry for some reason. It seems hard to eat and that sauce wouldn’t stick to it

    Keeping the pesto in chunks and just dolloping on dry pasta is… a look. Although aesthetically pretty it would *taste* better if you finish the cook in the sauce with a little starchy pasta water
