Make a salad with, well, salad and some other mix ins (paprica, mushrooms,….) aswell as a dressing with almond milk (low kcal), lean curd/skyr (consistency and protein) and some kind of fluid spices (Maggi Würze is my fav, however I don't know if its available outside Germany). Mix it all together and put some kind of lesn protein source on top or also mix it in like chicken breast, vegan meat alternatives (which are high in protein most of the times), lean minced meat,…… and enjoy!
