Make a lemon tea – cook the spaghetti in a bit of that, then emulsify with parmesan and butter.

Not sure you really need a recipe with these products. Just cook and combine with the pesto. Maybe add some fresh lemon for some pop or drizzle with olive oil and top with parm. That’s about it

I think a lot of chili flakes, garlic & shrimp would probably be fitting. Maybe white wine?
I’d probably boil the noodles in salted water, set them aside.
I’d saute onion & garlic in olive oil.
I’d add the raw shrimp & cook it quickly.
I’d then add the noodles to the pan, covering the noodles in the olive oil, garlic & shrimp. I’d add my pesto afterwards followed by y a healthy amount of chili flakes.
I’d probably add umami seasoning & blistered baby tomatoes too, actually. Definitely some fresh Parmesan & parsley at the end.

That lemon pesto is amazing on baked salmon. Have slice of that with some simple aglioeolio.

My late husband was a major lemon lover and his favorite supper for me to make was:
Angel hair in extra virgin olive oil and butter w fresh garlic and minced yellow onion sauté, then add white wine, salt, parsley, basil, cayenne.
pork tenderloin. I made a rub lemon juice, white pepper, parsley, marjoram, rosemary, and paprika.
Roasted asparagus and cooked halved cherry tomatoes.
Top all with grated Romano and fresh lemon. With homemade Italian breadsticks and a nice salad w romaine, olives, cauliflowerets, small carrot slices with vinaigrette.
Loaf angel food cake split in three lengthwise, middle layers spread with homemade lemon filling and then the assembled cake frosted w homemade lemon whipped cream.

Ricotta, grated fresh Parmesan, lemon rind & juice, fresh mint & fresh basil, chilli flakes, fresh peas and broad beans. Orzo.
I sincerely hope that Sacla Lemon Pesto is going to appear on the shelves where I live, very very soon!
Marinate some chicken in garlic, lemon, and basil. I usually add chicken stock instead of water. You can fry it or bake it, and add it to the pasta.
Sardines!
Have you had trader joes lemon pesto and if so, how does this compare? Hoping its better as I didnt love TJs and am looking for one I do!
You can make any cream based sauce lemony by adding grated rind. No juice, otherwise your sauce can separate.
