I followed this link for recipe and process- https://mx.brodandtaylor.com/blogs/recipes/beginners-sourdough-bread?utm\_source=google&utm\_medium=cpc&utm\_campaign=23288254220&utm\_content=&utm\_term=&gad\_source=1&gad\_campaignid=23283259872&gbraid=0AAAAAD48W00VJgWjdEHgv5XF4AkMGeEMP&gclid=CjwKCAjw-J3OBhBuEiwAwqZ\_h2XH606BAUiyEW3YtkDrZ–6qOX\_ikVwamkCNWfIXUT9WYgyGAuvWRoCEOoQAvD\_BwE

I made my own starter about 2 weeks ago and finally felt like this weekend it was ready to bake with.

I’m pretty proud of how it looks and it tasted amazing! Had a good chew and a perfect amount of “sour”. Any advice from those who better understand the process?? I felt like I was guessing most of the time…

I know my shaping needs work!! I was afraid of over-working it during that step so I didn’t want to fiddle with it too much.
