    RECIPE:

    Dough:
    200g diced strawberries
    1 stick of unsalted butter frozen
    315g ALL PURPOSE flour
    2 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp honey
    240 ml buttermilk

    Icing:
    2 tbsp milk
    200g powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla paste

    1. oven on 425°
    2. combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
    3. grate frozen stick of unsalted butter into the flour mixture
    4. massage flour and butter together with fingers
    5. create a well in the center of your bowl and pour buttermilk, honey, and strawberries inside
    6. fold the buttermilk and strawberries into the flour mixture to create a moist but crumbly dough
    7. shape biscuit dough into rectangle
    8. fold the left side over the middle of the rectangle
    9. fold the right side on top of the left side
    10. press dough down to create layers
    11. repeat 3 more times
    12. use a cutter or a cup rim to cut 10 biscuits about 1/2 inch high
    13. put biscuits in pan, skillet, whatever and have them touching
    14. brush the tops with buttermilk
    15. bake for ~20 minutes on 425° F
    16. whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk into a a silky icing
    17. remove biscuits when golden brown and brush with butter
    18. drizzle the glaze over the biscuits

    Wait I have never been to Popeyes so this once was a menu item looks great
