  1. My bois, this flan is gassy and removing from the pan so don’t be alarmed. Bake at 325F for 75-85 minutes

  5. I learned how to make flan with 4 eggs in a blender… condensed milk instead of sugar. This is like making a real custard ❤. Never boiled anything but the water for the bath.
