


First time laminating dough in about a DECADE (and first time ever doing it in a home kitchen) and it turned out delicious! It was super fluffy, delightfully yeast-y, and the whole loaf was eaten at my friend's dinner. Definitely made the process of laminating dough less scary for me!

Oh my gosh, that looks like something that wouldn’t last a day in my house! I’ve never seen a butter pastry loaf before, and now I want one.
