Spring is here! Aside from feeling giddy at every tulip and daffodil I see, I’m also beyond excited to welcome spring veggies back into my diet. And what better way to celebrate spring vegetables than with a classic primavera?! Primavera, which literally translates to “spring” in Italian, is also an Italian-American pasta dish that welcomes the season by celebrating with bright, fresh vegetables such as asparagus and peas. But primavera goes way beyond pasta, and these creative recipes are proof.

Of course, we have plenty of takes on the classic pasta primavera, like our bowtie primaveraor our primavera baked orzo, which bring new twists to the already tried and true dish. If you’re looking to get a little more protein in your diet, we’ve also got our one-pan crispy chicken primaveraand our primavera-stuffed chicken to turn your primavera into more of a well-rounded meal. However you like to eat it, primavera packs a party every time!
