

Turned out delicious! Unsweetened vanilla almond milk. A teaspoon of vanilla extract and some monkfruit powder to sweeten. Mashed some black berries and raspberries with some monkfruit powder to make a jam. The mixed nut butter from Costco is a bit runny but so good, so it works perfectly for recipes. Nearly no carbs and zero sugar.
