This EASY Cannoli Dip is a must make this weekend! 🍓 Ep 7 of my Easter series is here – this dreamy no-bake dip tastes just like the filling of your favorite Italian pastry, but takes just 10 min to make. Scoop it up with cookies, fruit, pretzels…anything goes!
▢8 oz ricotta cheese whole milk preferably
▢6 oz cream cheese softened
▢1 cup powdered sugar
▢1 & 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢1/2 cup mini chocolate chips plus more for garnish
▢1/4 cup pistachios chopped
▢Cannoli shells or waffle cones for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the ricotta cheese and cream cheese together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios if using.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve the cannoli dip in a bowl, garnished with additional mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios. Serve with cannoli shells or waffle cones for dipping.
