These are the 3 hot sauces I enjoy

From left to right their purposes(for me) are Mexican/Hispanic food, Mexican Hispanic/Most other foods, and East Asian food

Can you recommend other sauces I should try?

Can you recommend a sauce that specifically goes well with Indian and/or Pakistani food?

Thanks

I’d say add the green Tabasco. It’s has really become a staple hot sauce. Many people have strong opinions on original Tabasco, but the green one seems universally accepted.

    ## yellow bird blue agave siracha is hands down my favorite all rounder hot sauce it’s perfect!

    other recommendations:

    – hot ones los calientes and barbacoa are the best ones imo
    – el yucateco – they have a bunch choose what you like
    – valentina black label is my preferred taco condiment
    – crystal is the best vinegar based sauce especially for fried chicken and hash browns
    – frank’s red hot for wings classic
    – if you want to go extra smoky and spicy id recommend adoboloco’a fiya fiya
    – nandos also do decent ones

Melinda’s chili garlic sriracha is a daily driver for me. Other favorites of mine:

Hippy dippy green, not very hot but top notch on Mexican food.

Blind Betty’s original: hotter than those three but has the most unique flavor I’ve ever had in a hot sauce, my personal #1.

Valentina yellow label is a very worth alternate to Cholula.

Queen majesty’s has some good sauces.

Edit: Torchbearer is amazing. All of their stuff from mild to super hot is good.

I love the mild Taco Bell sauce. That flavor is so good on almost anything savory

Anything from El Yucateco. I like the green habanero the best.

You definitely need some help. I would recommend following this sub and looking at past posts. There’s too many to suggest. Pick your heat tolerance, flavor preference, and go from there. Good luck!

Secret Aardvark Habanero hot sauce. Light tomato flavor, so it works perfectly with any dish that needs tomatoes!

Crystal is my all time favorite, can put it on anything. Tapatio and Valentina are also great if you love Cholula.

No snobbery needed. That’s a solid starter pack.

A good way to branch out is if there’s a grocery store in your area that sells a variety of small bottles.

you need a louisiana hot sauce in the rotation

  14. Lots of good suggestions on here. One I don’t see is Sauce Bae habanero with turmeric. I really like that one with Indian food.
