Where can I find flavorful pho and big bone in LA or surrounding areas?

I was in Miami back in September and went to a spot called Pho 79. It has left a mark on my soul. I’ve realized I love Hanoi style pho more and I prefer oxtails and tendon vs the sliced beef. However in Miami I was introduced to this gigantic bone and it was TO DIE for. Where in LA or surrounding areas can I find this??
