Classic Leche Flan
Ingredients
• Egg yolks – 6
• Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can
• Evaporated milk – 1 cup (240 ml)
• Sugar – ½ cup (for caramel)
• Vanilla – 1 tsp
Method
1. Melt sugar into caramel and pour into mold.
2. Mix egg yolks, milks, and vanilla.
3. Strain and pour over caramel.
4. Steam or bake (water bath) 30-40 minutes.
5. Chill and unmold.
Texture: smooth, creamy
