I’ve bought the bundt pan on sale and have been meaning to try it out, so made lemon cake with lemon drizzle. I haven’t cut into it yet so not sure how it looks ands tastes but I do have high hopes!
I used this recipe because it called for instant pudding mix as an ingredient, which I do think makes for a moist cake.

Beautiful!! I see some of the prettiest bundt cake pans, but I’m limited in storage space so I never buy them. Was this Nordic ware? Makes me want to just get a storage tub and start a collection 🤣
