They look amazing! I know that homemade buns taste so good but the texture is so different than what I’m used to so it’s hard for me to actually eat burgers on them.

Look great! Similar to when I make mine using the recipe from chain baker, I decided I like less bread in my burgers tho so I’ve been making each doughball less grams than stated

They look good. Are they as soft as the imitation buns we buy in the supermarket. Honestly Martin’s potato buns I still like but I am getting to this point that I will just plan a burger night and just make potato buns or any bun.
