Ingredients:1 lb farfalle (bowtie pasta)2 Tbsp butter2 Tbsp olive oil1 small onion, chopped8 oz mushrooms, sliced2 cloves garlic, minced1 lb shaved steak (ribeye, sirloin, or chip steak)1 packet brown gravy mix (prepared)2–3 cups fresh spinach1½ tsp Italian seasoning½ tsp salt½ tsp black pepperInstructions:
1. Cook farfalle in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms; sauté until
softened.
3. Add garlic and cook briefly. Add shaved steak and cook until browned.
4. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in prepared brown gravy and stir. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
6. Add spinach and toss until partially wilted.
7. Add pasta and toss everything together. Serve hot
