I've always wanted to try baking bread and ppl say focaccia is an easy way to start and for my first loaf I'd say (hopefully) not too bad?! Tasted good lol so it's a win in my books. Sharp cheddar and fresh jalapeno!

    If I were to be a critic I’d say the crumb is a bit dense for a focaccia, but as someone who likes food I’d say that looks good as hell and I’d eat every bit of it.

    As a first bread, congrats! You made a bread! But for it to be considered as a focaccia, there is much room for improvement.

    For something even better, try working both in your dough during mixing. Shredded cheese and finely chopper peppers. All the goodies everywhere. It’s like heaven

    Tried it with habaneros and smoked cheese, still having dreams about that bread
