I bought my sous vide machine years ago just for this recipe! I’ve made tons of different things, but damn, I keep coming back to this. It checks all the boxes: extremely tasty, relatively healthy, less than an hour to cook, not insanely expensive. I can’t recommend it enough!

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.
If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.
Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.
Thank you!!

I posted the URL for the recipe video, but skip to the middle. The first half is NOT my fave. I hate mayo, and almost skipped watching this video altogether when I saw the title. But lucky me, the second recipe in the video is mayo-free!
This looks fantastic! I don’t love fennel or olives, would this still work ommiting or making some flavor substitutions for them? Not trying to be one of those online reviews, “Didn’t have olives so I substituted chocolate easter eggs”
Looks great tbh, I’ll have to try this
