Wanted some burgers this evening. This will be the best meal I’ll have had in 9 days. cancer sucks I know before it’s said the coveggtor is upside down. ChefsTemp S1 and Breezo have helped make this cook easy.

If you are in Wisconsin up north I would love to make you and your fam a brisket so you don’t have to cook for a few days next time you need a hand 👍

From my understanding the conveggtor is designed to be used both ways.
Keep doing you, and get better.

Let those flames hit those burgers, brother. And good luck on the fight!

God be with you on your journey. We are all rooting for you.
As to the BGE, I recommend putting some aluminum foil on the conveggtor to keep it clean. I just keep the foil on through whatever I’m cooking (I don’t replace it between cooks, in other words).

Take care, friend. Hope your treatments go well and your burgers are tasty.

I’m now 8 months in remission after a year and a half of chemo, radio, immuno and gene therapy. My Kamado grill was one of the deep pleasures I enjoyed in between treatments 🙂
