I’m so glad to see this! I used to use a spice grinder for my bread additives way back in the day – ok 17, 18 years isn’t technically back in the day but still. I’m just now getting ready to get back in the bread game after a long hiatus and a major move (from sea level, moist climate to high altitude, bone dry climate) and I’m very encouraged by your beautiful loaf!!!
