  1. Daring Cajun is so incredible. I make tacos with it like once a week

This looks amazing! I’ve never heard of daring cajun. Definitely going to check it out.

Daring is truly the best “chicken” out there

For those in the UK Richmond chargrilled chicken style pieces is very close to this (and the best vegan chicken imo)

How do you cook the daring? I’ve tried air frying it, pan frying, ripping into smaller pieces and frying, and baking. It always either comes out so hard that it wants to break a tooth, or very tough and stringy, or if I try and cook it less crispy, it comes out too soft and mushy of a texture for me. Are you able to cook them so they’re tender and crispy and not how I described? Very curious your method because your dish looks fantastic! The only way I’ve been able to enjoy them is treating them like chicken wings that are overdone and dousing them in bbq lol

Omg this looks so delicious!! Daring was my favorite chicken sub but I always found it kinda rubbery, so I just tried the “just chicken” and it was so so good but my store has been sold out every time since I first tried it😭 and the package was insanely tiny. But the flavor and texture were next level

  8. I like daring brand but how did you get it to look so caramelized / charred? What was your cooking technique?

This sauce looks so perfect. The whole thing does, but I’m a sauce girl.
