I'm still trying to master the perfect (more uniform) spirals. Most recipes called for a jam but it didn't sound very appealing to me so I made my own strawberry powder from freeze dried strawberries, mixed that with sugar and butter for the filling, similar to a normal cinnamon roll. The frosting also has the strawberry powder with cream cheese and powdered sugar.
