    That’s basically a perfect loaf.

    After adding all ingredients together: covered with a towel & let sit for 2 hours. Then did stretch & folds every 30 minutes for another 2 hours.
    After that I put her in the oven to sleep overnight (10ish hours). Cut her in half and did my final shaping. Put each half in a basket and put in the fridge for 5 hours, scored. Put in oven at 500 degrees for 35 minutes and then took the top off for an additional 10 minutes.
