First pancakes in over a year

And they were so fucking good. The pancakes themselves were just oats, silken tofu, a little splash of oat milk and agave, came out absolutely gorgeous. Tried out this new product called ‘honee’ (my mum got it from Tesco I think) and it really does taste like honey it’s kinda freaky how close it is.
