Whole wheat toast, 2 egg omelette with a little cheese, and reheated leftover roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes with paprika, salt and pepper, onion salt and olive oil. Protein, vegetables and whole grains.

I didn't use a recipe but I follow Jacques Pepin's YouTube and this is a less-polished omelette. I forgot the herbs until after I ate it. Whoops.

Still haven't given up a bit of butter with my toast.
