PHILADELPHIA — An Italian restaurant in Philadelphia is the state’s “most iconic,” according to a new listing by Business Insider.
The outlet recently named “the most iconic Italian restaurant in every state,” billing a “Rocky”-famous eatery as Pennsylvania’s heavyweight.
Established in 1918, The Victor Café has stood as a South Philly culinary institution. Its greatest claim to fame is appearing in several “Rocky” movies, according to Business Insider.
The restaurant appears in “Rocky Balboa” and the “Creed” films, where it’s called Adrian’s.
