✨Hailey’s Beef Creamy Buldak Ramen🍜

📝 Ingredients
• 1 pack Buldak Carbonara
• 2 cups water
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• Thinly sliced beef (optional)
• 1–2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)
• A few bok choy leaves (optional)
• 1 tsp chili oil (optional, for drizzling)

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions
1. Boil the noodles
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until tender.
Transfer the noodles to a bowl and save the noodle water—it’s the base for the creamy broth!
2. (Optional) Blanch the beef & bok choy
In the same pot, add the sliced beef and bok choy. Cook briefly until they reach your desired doneness.
3. Make the creamy sauce
In a bowl, mix together the egg yolk, Buldak red sauce, seasoning powder, and mayonnaise until smooth and combined.
4. Create the broth
Pour in about 1 cup of the hot reserved noodle water. Stir gently until the sauce turns creamy.
5. Add the noodles
Toss the noodles back into the bowl and coat them evenly in the rich, spicy sauce.
6. Top it off (optional but highly recommended!)
Finish with soft-boiled egg, extra beef, bok choy, and a drizzle of chili oil for that final flavor bomb.

💡 Tip: Adjust the amount of noodle water to get your perfect broth consistency—thick and saucy or light and soupy.
Not a fan of raw egg yolk? You can totally skip it!
