Hi all,

Made my 1st loaf and was wondering what I could change as it was a bit raw!

75g starter

175g water

250g flour

5g salt

rested for 1 hour

3 sets of stretch and fold 30mins apart

kept in fridge for over 8 hours

when I was ready to bake:

Took it out, shaped it, scored and baked at 450 degrees especially for 30mins Dutch oven lid on and 10mins with lid off.
